Dec. 10th, 2008 08:37 pmMom: Your japanese friend is cute. He looks like one of those boys from the shows you watch.
Me: ...
Mom: It's the hair. It looks like he's about to look like he's suffering, like all the main characters do.
no comment.
I have to rewrite my composition for japanese and study for the final tomorrow and figure out what to do for a psychology project - the proposal was due yesterday - but I don't feel like doing any of it. We're on sonnets in AP Lit!
actually taking sutafed - or however you spell it - for colds is amazing! I can feel the cold/congestion just at the edges so I don't take the reprieve for granted and not taking things for granted is amazing! I feel like I'm floating! (so maybe I shouldn't be feeling light headed, but still. lovely!) I'm one of those people who forget medicine exists until after I've suffered for days/weeks/months.
(I actually get to do the Adventure Weekend this weekend. Camp is something I always forget how much I love until I'm in the thick of it. I'm missing a birthday party, but I won't be blacklisted for ditching the aw and I will get to hang out with the girls and actually get paid! 'T will be a novel sensation. The last time I got paid for a job was over a year ago - I'm used to doing the Aquarium and camp for free.)

Date: 2008-12-11 05:42 am (UTC)OH MY GOD HAHAHAHA ♥ That's amazing. Perfect description.
Well at least you aren't me and just... never use medicene unless someone hands it to you and says "TAKE THIS AND STOP COUGHING IN MY FACE, PRZ. IT WILL MAKE YOU BETTER I SWEAR."
Um. Most of the time it's my mom, so. It is in no way like taking a mysterious pill from a random passerby on the street.
*Points up* This is the suffering face of Matsujun.

Date: 2008-12-11 06:53 am (UTC)Oh, finals. I am finishing up an essay right now. Or well, I was until I took
yet anothera break. Heh~ I still have a few things due next week, but for the most part, I'll be able to relax a lot more after tomorrow.Huh, Sudafed doesn't really work for me for some reason. DayQuil seems to, though. Heh, I usually resist taking medicine until it's pretty bad. I guess I'm afraid of building up a tolerance or something.

Date: 2008-12-12 10:25 am (UTC)You're still using Windows Media Player right? You better be. sheesh.
Oh and yes sudafed works very well but remember to drink lots and lots of water when you're taking it because all it does is suck water out of your body like a sponge in the Phoenix summer sun.

Date: 2008-12-12 03:07 pm (UTC)of course!
haha, that would explain why I felt kind of woozy and lightheaded all day - apparently it's some other kind of sudafed (that seemed more potent, to me, although I suppose I took it on an empty stomach) because the other one people were using as a base to make speed.

Date: 2008-12-12 06:05 pm (UTC)No it's just because dad doesn't have any music on his computer upstars, that's why. Wait but does it still mean that you can't use Windows Media Player anymore, or is it just there as well?
