Yuletide nominations start on the 16th /o\ I'm stupidly excited even though yt itself is several months away. Objectively yt is just any other holiday exchange, but it feels like magic to me.

The sequel to Jak and Daxter isn't that different from the original so far, so basically I was worried about it for years for no reason. But at the same time, it's like I saved an amazing game for myself.

A friend of mine has been rewatching Adventure Time for deep analysis purposes and a lot of the themes and topics she's been finding are really heavy. :( That showww.

The Blind Assassin is good, if aimless, so far. There's a book within the book, which is worded like Salinger, whose style I love. The rest meanders, kind of, and it can make it a bit of a hassle to read through. Ngl I'm reading it because a character in hockeyfic raved about it - this would be not the best reasoning, but I made a chocolate mint cheesecake last month after a character had a sentence of eating it in a fic, and that was a really, really good decision, so.

...this was going to be an actual entry-sized entry, but I'm high enough right now that constructing sentences, let alone paragraphs, is kind of difficult for me (which I would assume is pretty evident).

People in this room are playing kingdom hearts and it makes me soooooo happy.
