Aiden Grimshaw used "gay" in a derogatory way in an interview. Why do I get my hopes up about most people being decent people. :( Also Andy was right in his vague comment about our generation getting tons of tattoos, he just got the country wrong - looking closer at Buzzcocks/faffing around on ontd/1d/etc has me noticing more and more tattoos all over young english people. Maybe there's less of a social stigma against it? (i.e. will not impact likelihood of getting a job, etc)

I think I've been grinding my teeth bc they've been kind of hurting all day. Go away, finals, go awayyyy. ;A; Small upside is actually meeting and studying with people in my classes. I really like them, surprisingly. Except supah attractive guy is terrible to study with and my guardian angel (who it turns out is only a sophomore! she just looks super mature for her age for some reason) was like, I can NOT study with him, omg guys. I'm not sure if anyone's told him he's been voted off the island yet?? But then guy that tries to pretend he's not amused by my insane mneumonic devices and other n haven't come back either, so, ABSOLVED OF GUILT.

10 days till yuletide, wtf.

aaaand I was going to do amanda's meme of the a-z of autocomplete, but my computer erases things every few days so all the results are things like "diabetes insipidus" and "para amino hippotrate," which sound frightfully scholarly but if I had to google them while studying in the first place, that does not mean great things. One of the few urls that does come up is nextbus.com, which means that I often take the bus rather than walk 8 minutes to Telegraph Ave and I leave nextbus open so that I can run out the door and across the street when it says it's arriving rather than walking outside and actually waiting at the stop. I live a life like Caesar, just in case you were wondering.
